Consultation Services
If you have purchased consultation services from New Life Way Motivations, such as personalized astrology readings or coaching sessions, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Cancellation before Service Delivery: If you cancel your consultation appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you may be eligible for a full refund. Requests for cancellation and refund must be made by contacting us via email or phone.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the consultation service provided by New Life Way Motivations, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery date to discuss your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Physical Products
If you have purchased physical products, such as books or merchandise, from New Life Way Motivations, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
